Hi I’m Charlotte and you could say I was born with recruitment running through my veins. I was here from the very start… Ok… that’s not strictly true! I was only 5 at the inception of Paul Mitchell Associates, but I was there, helping my parents paint their new office in 1989. Fast forward through time, and after a detour into the horse world, HERE I am! 20 years of experience in recruitment working from the bottom up! Recruiting at all levels of Accountancy & Finance, from Ledger Clerks to Finance Directors, Credit Managers to Payroll Specialist, and placing them into Temporary, Permanent & Contract positions. Nothing beats that feeling of really GREAT recruitment… knowing I have helped an individual take that next step or step back in their career OR working closely with business owners / hiring managers to find that perfect match or helping them to think outside the box when hiring. A little bit extra…. Outside of the office you will either find me in jodhpurs & muddy wellies looking after my horses and my daughters’ cheeky pony. OR Wearing fabulous costumes, whilst treading the boards with the Stamford Showstoppers, in our latest Musical Theatre production! Well, that’s enough about me… I want to hear about you!
