About Charlotte Pullins

With over 25 years of experience in the education sector, I am passionate about cultivating cultural competence and inclusion in schools and organizations. As the founder and lead consultant of ELC Training and Consulting, I provide customized training, coaching, and consulting services to help clients develop their leadership, diversity, and inclusion skills and strategies. I also serve as the Director of inclusion at Arizona Charter Academy, where I oversee the implementation of policies, programs, and practices that foster a culture of equity and belonging for students, staff, and families. Additionally, I am a founding board member of Antioch Christian Academy, a non-profit organization that offers quality education to low-income and minority children. I hold a doctorate in organizational leadership from Grand Canyon University, a master's in leadership and administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a bachelor's in elementary education from Illinois State University. I am also certified in K-8 teaching, inclusive leadership, and cultivating cultural competence and inclusion. Some of my core competencies include action planning, social networking, LinkedIn learning, curriculum development, stakeholder engagement, and team building. I am driven by the mission of empowering and inspiring others to achieve their full potential and to contribute to a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable society.
