Hello, Hallo, Hola, Bonjour, Merhaba! I am a multilingual hospitality professional with extensive experience in bars and beverages. After a childhood and youth intensely shaped by being a competitive athlete and coach in equestrian vaulting, 8 years ago I accidentally landed a job as a barista in Australia. Instantly falling in love with hospitality, I found my place behind the bar. For me, the bar is a fascinating „complete package“ of craftmanship and creativity, teamwork, business management and the unique chance to connect and interact with guests from all around the globe, creating multi-sensorial experiences and enriching memories. Other than gaining knowledge and skills in coffee, cocktails, wines and spirits, my curiosity and continuous desire to learn and explore has led me to gain work experience in various roles across 7 countries and graduate from the Executive Master’s degree in International Hotel Management at Les Roches. While continuing my career in the Food & Beverage department, I am also eager to connect the dots between my experiences in sports, sports coaching, and the international hospitality industry. I am passionate about exploring the topics of energy, emotional and stress management and thereby a holistic wellbeing and performance maximisation of individuals and teams.
