About Charly Simon

Most real estate photography only shows space. I believe it should generate emotion.Because in luxury real estate, people don’t just buy properties—they buy into a feeling, a lifestyle, a dream. I’m Charly Simon, founder of CHARLY SIMON PHOTO, and I specialize in high-end photography for real estate, architecture, and interior design. Based in Marbella & Dubai, I work with developers, architects, interior designers, and agents to create visual stories that elevate premium properties around the world. What sets my work apart? It’s not just about taking technically perfect and polished photos—it’s about creating images that feel like the property. That convey warmth, elegance, space, and atmosphere. From boutique city apartments to private island resorts in the Maldives, I bring precision, passion, and a deep sense of storytelling to every shoot. What you get- Photography that boosts perceived value- Visual branding that aligns with exclusive audiences- A collaborative partner who treats each project like a piece of artWhether you're designing a new space, preparing a listing, or building a brand—I'll help you show it to the world in its best light.Let’s connect if you believe great design deserves great visuals.
