About Charmain Anderson

I am a dedicated and experienced professional with over a decade of experience across operations, sales, administration, and team management. My career has spanned diverse industries—from logistics and retail to finance and customer service—each role sharpening my skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving. Currently working in Internal Sales at Edgesmith Ltd, I handle order processing, stock management, and customer service, while also contributing to the smooth daily running of the branch by assisting with health and safety coordination, procurement, and staff support. I’m proud to be second in charge when the branch manager is unavailable, a role that reflects my reliability and leadership. With a Diploma in Business Management and certifications in Payroll (Xero and MYOB), I bring a solid foundation in both practical and strategic aspects of business operations. I’m known for my strong interpersonal skills, ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues, and my attention to detail. Whether leading a team, supporting customers, or managing logistics, I consistently take initiative and deliver results. Physically active, loyal, and adaptable, I thrive in fast-paced environments and am always seeking ways to improve systems, support my team, and provide excellent service.
