About Charmaine Estes

Have a diversified knowledge and experience in the field of nursing. Have worked inpatient as well as outpatient. Strong areas inpatient are Vascular thoracic Surgery, Cardiac Stepdown, and Emergency. Also have a strong exercise background in teaching, instructing, and coaching the novice as well as the experienced client with health and fitness. Worked for eight years with cardiac rehab patients case managing their individualized care utilizing a team approach. The team consisted of the Nurse, Dietician, Exercise Physiologist, and Psychologist. Maintain CPR, and ACLS certifications. Certified through AFAA for group exercise. Did also teach education classes with the cardiac rehab team. Managing your Heart Health, Responsibility for Health, and Stress management. Volunteer often with Children's Ministry at my church and sometimes volunteer at the food pantry for my church.
