I have been in the Construction Industry for 30 years. The majority of my career I have been a small business owner driven with a core value in leadership and commitment in the field of Underground Utilities and Gas Contracting. I decided to venture out and assist companies in need of structure,efficiency, training, and accountability. For the last 7 years I have worked in the Management Division. First in the Installation Department consisting of five sub departments being Field Installation, Gas Installation, Gas Distribution, Electrical, and the Administration Team, totaling 40 employees for APS. I then moved to 1 Stop Generator Shop to assist in restructuring the installation division. Overseeing the Electrical Crews, Team Building, setting policies and procedures, and set a quality of workmanship, performance, and accountability to all employed. In being a business owner for many years, I have gained the knowledge of all aspects of operations. Starting from marketing, sales, AP and AR, job cost analysis, payroll, and much more. My strongest skill set is working directly with the projects, jobs, or crews. I am detailed in project analysis, team structure, schedule configuration, job timing analysis, survey layout, isometrics, permitting, inspections, safety protocol and standards. I lead by motivating others to exceed their expectations. To always strive for the best in every situation. To work together to bring a positive and safe experience to the customer, at the same time keeping a good work ethic and commitment to the company I represent.
