In addition, I hold the position of Exam Incharge, ensuring the smooth conduct of examinations. As a CBSE coordinator, I actively participate in curriculum development and implementation strategies, fostering a student-centered learning environment. I have excelled in various roles throughout my career, including TGT Mathematics teacher and Substitutions Incharge. This experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of curriculum planning, classroom management, and student assessment. I take pride in creating engaging lesson plans and utilizing innovative teaching techniques to make the subject of Mathematics accessible and enjoyable for my students. Recognized for my unwavering commitment to excellence, I have received several accolades for my contributions to the field of education. 2017 I was honored with the prestigious 10 Years Felicitation Award in the same institute, acknowledging my long-standing dedication. Additionally, I was awarded the Best Teacher Award by the Patrika newspaper in the same year, and in 2021, I was felicitated as the Best Teacher by the Free Press, recognizing my outstanding achievements. In line with my passion for empowering students, I with other knowledgeable authors recently published a book titled "MATHS Class 7th: Universal Maths." This book aims to simplify complex mathematical concepts, enabling students to develop a strong foundation in the subject. I am an advocate for lifelong learning and continually seek opportunities to enhance my skills and stay updated with the latest educational trends.
