As a Learning and Development Specialist with a passion for innovation, I specialize in designing blended learning solutions, aimed at improving behavioral skills. I manage the end to end product lifecycle from needs analysis to conducting for facilitators. From designing custom and application-based ILTs and VILTs for organizations across industries, creating highly interactive digital learning products and simulations on authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, iSpring Suite, Smart Builder etc, to currently experimenting with the game-based learning approach - the effort over the years has been to maintain a perfect synergy between technology and adult learning principles. I strive to design impactful learning solutions, that leave learners with many "wow" moments along the way, enhancing their retention and application of the instructional content.
