I am the Chief Information Officer at BildGroup, a leading group of companies in the infrastructure and construction sectors, with over 25 years of experience in information and communications technology (ICT), consulting, and leadership. In my current role, I lead the digital transformation and IT strategy for the group, delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions that enable business growth and performance. I collaborate with global and regional business executives, stakeholders, and partners to align IT initiatives with business objectives and create value for the organization. I leverage my consulting experience from AT Kearney, McKinsey, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise to develop strategic business plans, build business cases, and facilitate critical decisions. As a people leader, I create a positive and collaborative work culture and develop capable and engaged teams. As an advisor to Harvard Business Review Council and McKinsey Quarterly, I update myself with industry developments and best practices.
