Currently, I am working as an account manager for PURE Private Label. We work with new and existing supplement brands create products from start to finish. I have 7 plus years of previous experience in medical billing, release of information, coding and insurance. I started in a small practice as a billing manager and worked as a Financial Counselor for a surgical center. I also helped run a small family owned medical equipment sales business for over 5 years. I have worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Pack Rabbit LLC. In this role I set up customers for fulfillment services, invoice for shipping costs and help resolve order issues. My previous role as a Sales Lead Coordinator entailed assigning leads using CRM applications. I earned my Associate degree in Applied Science/ Health Information Technology from Rasmussen College. A college nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Health Information Education (CAHIIM). Here I achieved Deans List for 5 quarters and Honors Award for 4 quarters; Cumulative GPA 3.9.
