My Brother Ryan and I started Biehl Brothers Contracting 18 years ago on April Fool's Day. At the time it was just a joke."How funny would it be if we started our business on April Fool’s Day?" In those days it was just the two of us doing our best to make ends meet and sometimes coming up short. What started off as a dream has materialized into what we now realize is our “Life’s Work”. We now have a staff of 26 hardworking Men and Women that we are proud to call our work family. We work hard together in our craft and at being better people every single day. Our Core Values: Integrity: We always do the right thing, especially when it is difficult. Wisdom: We don’t do today what we will regret tomorrow. Flexibility: Life and business get crazy sometimes, we need to bend and not break. Pursuit of Greatness: We never stop improving. Never. No Asshole Policy: If someone treats other people like they have less value, or that they don’t matter for any reason, that person doesn’t belong here. Everyone has a bad day sometimes, but we won’t work with crews or clients that treat others that way. We are always looking for new people. A group of lions is called a Pride, A group of fish is called a School, a group of unicorns is called “a blessing”. A blessing is what we have here and what we are in search of. We serve our clients in a way that they never want to use any other service. We make mistakes, but we stick with our clients and finish strong.
