About Chase Brimmer

Experienced Operational Leader and Manager with proven abilities to effectively lead teams to exceed organizational goals through prioritizing a strong workplace culture, identifying and addressing learning or educational gaps, and by improving the processes to optimize organizational efficiency. After obtaining my Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Lynchburg in May of 2023, I had the opportunity to jump-start a professional career as a Manager for one of the most technological advanced companies in the world, known as Amazon. Amazon has allowed me to demonstrate my strong ability to make data-driven decisions, work alongside Mechanical Engineers to improve or update Operational Processes for efficiency, as well as work in a cross-functional leadership environment surrounded by several support groups and 3rd party vendors. Prior to my Amazon experience, I spent three years working with Home Depot in the Building Materials and Retail Sales industry. My role with the company helped grow my ability to work well with customers, understand the importance of Project Deliverables, and deliver high quality materials for businesses and contractors. My versatility as person, worker, and teammate allows me to be successful in any environment or industry. The flexibility that I have provided companies and upper level management with over the years has increased my potential to grow, impact others in a positive manner, and help drive organizational success. Outside of the workplace, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my Labrador retriever. I recently renovated my home and by doing so, I have a new found passion for construction and carpentry as well. Growing up, I had the opportunity to play Baseball for 20 years which positively impacted my team leadership skills and taught me everything about a winning culture.
