OBJECTIVE AND SUMMARY: I enjoy new challenges and am driven to resolve issues, follow up with clients, create new relationships and provide excellent customer service. I enjoy building professional relationships and work towards generating the most effective use of vendors through professional communication and follow-through. I have developed vendor relationships in every state, and relationships at all levels of professions. Productivity has been a hallmark of my personnel performance reviews. I have worked directly with over 15 of the largest financial institutions in the U.S.A in an outsourced service role, managing major accounts. I have serviced and developed audit procedures for banks such as US Bank, Wells, FHLMC, FNMA, and JPMorgan Chase. These processes and guidelines helped improve the workflow of associates and myself. In every position I have held in the past several years, I have been the top producer (volume and accuracy) compared to associates with similar job functions. I strive to work smart and remain focused under pressure to meet client deadlines. Most importantly, one of my greatest strengths is connecting with people.
