About Chase Cloete

With over five years of experience in project and production management, I am a diligent, articulate, and detail-focused professional who excels in warehousing and distribution. I currently work as a Warehouse Operations Manager at Enforcer Group, a leading provider of security solutions and products in Australia. In this role, I oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient and safe storage, handling, and dispatch of goods. I also liaise directly with stakeholders of all levels and disciplines, serving as a front-facing ambassador and point of contact for customers, suppliers, and staff. I thrive in pressurized and customer-focused situations, ensuring strict timescales and quality standards are consistently upheld and adapting to changing demands with pragmatism. I am a natural problem solver who can be trusted to independently resolve queries and facilitate the flow of information across numerous business areas. I have robust IT skills and a keen emotional intelligence when building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders. I am proficient in using various warehouse management systems (WMS) and have supervisory skills that enable me to lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff.
