Iowa State University graduate with a background in operations, fulfillment, training, research, data analysis, and election processes in search of new opportunities. I'm working as a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist and Safety Engagement Trainer at Chewy, where I am responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and promoting a culture of safety through effective training initiatives. I'm ready to take the next step in my career and searching for a more challenging, yet rewarding role. Previously, I have worked at the Social Security Administration, verifying and analyzing claims and as a data analyst with a sport AI company, MavQ. Here I have developed strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. While in college, I interned with the Polk County Election Office for three years which gave me an in-depth understanding of voter registration and election processes. As a neurodivergent professional, I thrive in roles that are operational in nature. I work effectively with diverse teams and am particularly drawn to positions where I can leverage my skills (such as a trainer) in operations and warehousing environments that help drive employee development and foster operational excellence I bring a unique ability to quickly learn, retain, and recall large amounts of information. This strength has allowed me to excel in roles such as Safety and Engagement Trainer, where I leverage my education, experience, and skills to make meaningful contributions by training others and promoting a culture of safety and engagement.
