About Chase Dunlap

At the root of everything I do is a desire and motivation to help individuals, teams, and organizations be the best versions of themselves. I get to live this purpose out everyday through a variety of channels, namely by mentoring tens of high school/college students and young professionals, as a TEDx Speaker discussing the importance of embracing failure while on the path of growth and achievement, and through my current role at Deloitte. At Deloitte Consulting LLP, I'm a first-year Strategy Consultant with 2+ years in the Federal Health sector, providing strategic support and operational excellence to a renowned $300M+ research platform. I serve as a trusted advisor to multiple senior leaders, driving executive presentations and reports, yielding increased financial investment and platform expansion. I am well-versed in stakeholder communications, change management, strategy development and implementation, process improvement, and executive-level storytelling. I also enjoy my role advising 2 Analyst Experience Council Workstreams, which have reached 1700+ Analysts and Summer Scholars via 30+ large-scale events. I'm also driving the development and scale-up of a new senior leadership-sponsored Education Series, which has reached almost 40% of all professionals in my Offering Portfolio (~1200 professionals reached), enabling an integrated firm that is well-versed in its Market Offerings, Assets, and areas of synergy. I have also served in multiple Gen AI roles (Fed Health AI, Anthropic Alliance Go to Market Strategy), deputy project manager/writer of multiple business development efforts, and University of Delaware Recruiting (efforts directly resulted in 3 new campus hires). Through my volunteer efforts with UDance Dance Marathon benefitting The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation (a 501 (c)(3) organization) I have inspired a community of annual participants by holding leadership roles in finance, community outreach, and student engagement to fight childhood cancer. I oversaw organization- and campus-wide fundraising and strategic planning, driving a total of $1.78M+ raised in 2022-2023 and successfully managing revenues and expenses exceeding $200K. I also forged partnerships with 30+ sponsors/businesses and faculty/alumni, contributing to over $125K in funds raised in 2021-2022. In 2020-2021, as Student Engagement Chair, I delivered outreach presentations across 40+ seminar courses and developed robust communication strategies that engaged over 1,700 first-year students.
