I began my journey at Ideon Packaging in April 2016 as a Prepress Graphic Artist. As the company grew, so did my opportunities for professional development. Within two years, I advanced to Senior Graphic Artist and later took on the role of Team Leader for the Graphics Department. In 2020, following Ideon Packaging’s acquisition by The Great Little Box Company, I discovered a passion for building industry relationships, deepening my expertise in packaging, and managing diverse projects for clients of all sizes. This passion led me to my current role as a Corrugated Packaging Specialist. To expand my skill set, I completed Dale Carnegie’s "Winning With Relationship Selling" sales training, where I won the Sales Skills Competition. My first year in sales was both challenging and rewarding—I navigated business development and client relationship management during a global pandemic, ultimately earning the title of Rookie Corrugated Packaging Specialist of the Year. I remain committed to delivering exceptional experiences for both customers and colleagues. While our company’s services speak for themselves, I believe that building strong, lasting relationships is the true key to success in this industry.
