I've been involved in sales since 2008, and over the last 13 years, I have focused on the luxury and high end customer service market. During this time, I've gained a wide range of competencies, including Customer service, satisfaction, and retention, and gained proficiency in all aspects of selling. I'm constantly searching for opportunities to improve my skillset and my position, and am always open to opportunities for growth and advancement. I'm fortunate to have worked for a century old family owned company, as well as one of the fastest growing construction franchises in history. Both companies have set the benchmark for customer service both within and outside of their own industry, and have a strong commitment to hiring and developing the best people. In working with these companies, my skillset has improved exponentially in sales, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and process oriented thinking.
