About Chase Rice

As a Business Administration and Management student with a concentration in Business Analytics at UNC Charlotte, I am passionate about learning and applying data science and analytics to solve real-world problems. I have gained valuable skills and experience in Tableau, Machine Learning, and Python through my coursework and projects, as well as multiple certifications and publications.I have also demonstrated my ability to work with data and collaborate with others in various internships. Most recently, I interned at Liqua Flow Pump Company, where I learned the intricacies of B2B marketing and analytics, and helped create tables and graphs to show trends and insights. Previously, I interned at PowerSecure, Inc, where I supported the human resources and data analytics functions, and contributed to decision-making based on data and information. I am a great team player, motivated, and adaptable, and I can also take the lead when needed, as evidenced by my vice president position on the NRHH board. My goal is to expand and apply my knowledge in data science and analytics to make a positive impact in the world.
