About Chase Sbertoli

I am currently a Sophomore at the University of as an undeclared business major, with interests in Finance, Accounting, and Management. Throughout my first year of college, I have developed a passion for working with others and performing in high functioning groups to produce optimal outcomes. As a student, and through all of my work experience, I am constantly working in groups, and get to develop and practice my skills such as collaborating with people of diverse backgrounds, project management, problem solving, and learning how to be efficient and professional. In the past, I have worked in hostile working environments that made not just myself, but my co-workers uncomfortable which to me, is unacceptable in the workplace. I believe good leadership plays a significant factor in creating a healthy and positive working environment, and is something that I am passionate about and am committed to.
