You don't need a mortgage. You need the right mortgage. A lot of people will think I am in the business of originating mortgage loans. However, I really don’t look at it that way. Instead, I see myself as helping you create, perhaps, the largest debt in your life; and therefore I have a responsibility to help you professionally manage that debt. I see my primary role as helping my borrowers integrate the mortgage loan they select into their overall long and short-term financial and investment goals and meet their payment and equity objectives. That means finding the right terms for your situation, now and into the future. It means understanding the availability and details of programs that can save you thousands of dollars. And, of course, it means finding the best possible rates for your credit situation. As a mortgage planner, my job is to help you find the right solution for your unique needs - saving you time, money, and headaches in the process.
