About Chase Swerdlick
In Spring 2020, I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with an honors degree in Molecular and Cellular Neurobiology. In my time as an undergraduate, I worked on and managed two projects in the Berkeley Biomechanics lab evaluating the effect of ribosylation on bone mechanics in murine long bones as well as treatment-level radiation on fatigue mechanics in rat lumbar. Currently, I work as a Registered Behavioral Technician for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and continue to address educational disparities in STEM with Project SCIFI. In the coming years, I hope to attend medical school and utilize my experiences in research, clinics, and community service to deliver high-quality patient care to those in need.
