Hi! My name is Chase Taylor, and I am a Finance major at the W.P Carrey School of Business. I will graduate in 2026 with a set of tools that will be useful for companies to utilize. Throughout these years I have gained Analytical Skills, Numerical Proficiencies, Strategic Thinking and Tech-Savviness. Along with being in school I also have experience in stressful, high-intensity work environments. I am currently interning at Northwestern Mutual. Through this opportunity I have sat in on and led client meetings covering wealth management, retirement planning, investments, and risk protection. Gained hands-on experience in financial planning, prospecting, and client relationship management. Attended weekly team meetings to review progress and refine strategies. Acquired 3+ new clients through direct outreach and planning support. I also did Door-to-Door sales where I communicated with thousands of potential customers and generated over 100 leads. I Used a consultative sales approach to assess customer needs and recommend the best solar solution for their home and/or business. Negotiated Pricing and Financing options on a day-to-day bases with team members and customers.
