With over a decade of experience in restaurant management, I have a proven track record of success in creating and managing profitable operations. I have been fortunate enough to participate in the opening of 4 new restaurants, where I was responsible for all aspects of operations, from hiring and training staff to developing menus and managing budgets. My experience in the restaurant industry has given me a strong understanding of how to create an efficient and profitable operation. I am now the Manager of Operations for Room One Solutions, where we specialize in PTACs (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners). We offer a range of services, including sales of new and refurbished units, as well as procuring used units from clients for credit towards their next purchase. I am excited to bring my experience in restaurant management to this new industry, and I am looking forward to the opportunity to work with new clients and help them achieve their business goals.
