With over four years of experience in manufacturing, repair, and robotics, I am a Technical Training Program Manager at iA, a leading provider of industrial and pharmaceutical automation solutions. I hold multiple PMMI Mechatronics Certifications in Industrial Electricity and Programmable Logic Controllers, which demonstrate my proficiency and credibility in the electro-mechanical field. My mission is to build and deliver high-quality training programs for internal and external customers on the technical aspects of the installed equipment, including PLC, Logic, Fanuc Robotics, Pneumatics, and more. I leverage my previous experience as a Customer Training Specialist at GE and a Field Services Engineer at iA to provide effective and tailored support to customers in the additive laser manufacturing sector, a dynamic and innovative field that I am passionate about.
