About Chase Watts

I bring over 14 years of dedicated law enforcement experience and currently serve as the Assistant Commander for the Ohio State Highway Patrol - Office of Professional Services. In this capacity, I am entrusted with a range of responsibilities that support the Division’s commitment to inclusive and effective recruitment and training practices, while incorporating a focus on professional operations. My role allows me to lead and facilitate training initiatives for personnel across the agency, engage with community stakeholders, and strengthen partnerships aimed at building trust and fostering positive relationships. Beyond my professional duties, I am deeply committed to community outreach and youth empowerment. I actively work to provide young people with access to educational resources, mentorship opportunities, and programs that support personal development. My passion lies in inspiring adolescents and young adults to recognize and realize their full potential; encouraging them to pursue their goals and become positive forces in their communities.
