With a range of experiences spanning from professional and Olympic track and field with ALTIS, to working with USL2's Calgary Foothills Soccer Club and winter sport with Winsport Canada, I have worked in both professional and high level amateur sports. Additionally, I have collaborated with a fully integrated sports rehab team at Elite Athletic YYC, where I gained extensive experience in helping athletes return to training and compete at their best. As a highly skilled S&C Coach with a history of working in athletics, recreational facilities, and the service industry, I excel in strength training, coaching, first aid, fitness training, and personal training.
