As a strategy-driven Leader with a strong and consistent track record of success in helping companies to achieve their goals by effectively overseeing the assembly and documentation of world-class products, I understand the importance of results. I possess deep experience in managing production, manufacturing, testing, and qualifying. I revel in the challenge of accomplishing goals where product development–related challenges threaten to negatively impact the organization’s bottom line. I am also a passionate contributor with a laser-focus on exceeding organization and customer expectations. During my career, I have successfully functioned as an intermediary between production and engineering, and I currently manage two departments (Assembly and Testing). In addition, as a leader, I have managed several employees while earning a reputation as an empowering leader. A few of my recent successes include: I have overseen hundreds of projects that have generated millions of dollars in revenue. I fulfilled a large customer order within one year at Calnetix despite the fact that the company lacked trained employees to handle the additional workload. To achieve this, I took the initiative to cross-train in various departments, and I learned the processes involved in multiple products. I also built a complete cooling system (heat exchangers, valving, pumps, instrumentation, and pressure relief based on P & IDs and BOM) in three weeks, installed evaporative coolers, installed/maintained bearing lubrication systems, and installed large 480VAC air blower cooling systems at Direct Drive Systems. I have supervised eight employees.
