As a current undergraduate at The University of North Texas' College of Information, majoring in Information Science with a concentration in Information Management and Health Informatics, I am aiming to build my professional portfolio with relevant internships and career opportunities to perfect my skill set. As a novel recruit at Apple, Inc. as a contributor to the College Program, with a diverse history of customer service and technical experience, I am well-acquainted with face-to-face interactions, inbound/outbound interactions, selling products, troubleshooting, and improving clients' experience. I possess restaurant management experience, sales experience, experience working directly with licensed insurance agents, technical support experience, and Project Management experience. Looking to further round out my information technology skills, as well as advance the skills I am learning in my professional courses. Positions in healthcare administration, medical billing and coding, marketing, finance, insurance, technical support, project management, and general management are desired.
