About Chasity Davis

I am a Corporate Technology Solution Architect at Janus Henderson, a global investment management firm with over $400 billion in assets under management. I have over 10 years of experience in delivering strategic IT solutions, products, and services for the firm, with a more recent focus on enterprise risk and compliance, legal, finance, human resources, business process automation, and the digital workplace. As the Head of Solution Architecture and Centralized Data Development for the Corporate Technology product family, I lead and support architecture activities that guide the development and management of data and solutions that meet business needs, bridge gaps in technologies, and align with enterprise architectural standards. In 2024, I kicked off the Architecture CoP at JHI, to bring together the many types of architects at our company; breaking down silos, building relationships, socializing cross-functional solutions, sharing patterns and practices, all while building efficiencies in development by focusing on knowledge sharing and repeatable processes. I am a certified ScrumMaster and an agile practitioner who applies lean and agile principles and practices to enable and drive targeted business outcomes. Through my developer background and analytical mindset, I have proven to be skilled in translating project requirements from the business process owners to the technical developers and vice versa, ensuring clear and effective communication and collaboration. I am motivated by a sense of accomplishment and a passion for creating innovative and value-added solutions for the organization and our clients.
