Fourth Wave Revolution’s mission is to transform the way we engage in anti-oppression and anti-racism work while maintaining spiritual wholeness and recovering ourselves. The first is through consulting with and accompanying communities through a process of decolonization (Identifying and unlearning the influences of colonialism) and the second is through individual spiritual counseling, therapy, and advising in which you always determine the spiritual approach Signs that your organization would benefit from a commitment to anti-racism and decolonization: 1)You are a predominantly white institution 2) You are not a predominately white institution, but dominant culture dictates institutional preferences and decisions 3) You are interested in inviting your community into a process of radical transformation, deconstructing racism, white supremacy, colonialism while being held accountable to people of color 4) Most of the resources you use in your context are from the dominant perspective/experience. 5) You have made attempts at anti-racism initiatives in the past, but would benefit from creating a blue-print. 6 )You currently have volunteer run anti-racism initiatives and would benefit from support and direction.
