About Chasity Meadows

My interest in business started early, helping my parents with their business and seeing firsthand what it takes to manage and grow something from the ground up. That experience sparked my passion for strategy, operations, and entrepreneurship, leading me to pursue a bachelors degree in Business AdministrationI developed a deeper appreciation for construction after purchasing a 1930s fixer-upper. The process of restoring and transforming a space opened my eyes to the complexities of construction and how every detail contributes to a projects success. That experience ultimately led me to my current role as a Construction Administrator at Headley construction, where I’m gaining firsthand industry knowledge and learning the intricacies of building and development. My long-term goals is to transition into commercial real estate, where I can combine my business background with my growing construction expertise. I’m actively working toward obtaining my real estate license and am excited about the opportunities ahead.I believe success comes from being adaptable, taking initiative, and always seeking opportunities to learn. Whether in construction or real estate, I’m eager to keep growing, connecting with professionals, and making a lasting impact.
