As the Director of Nursing at The Fullbrook Center, a renowned women's treatment facility for addiction and mental health treatment, I oversee the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to our clients. With over 10 years' experience in healthcare, I have developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of the mental health field. I am passionate about improving the outcomes and experiences of our clients, as well as the professional development and well-being of our nursing staff. I have initiated and implemented several innovative projects and programs to enhance the quality, safety, and efficiency of our services, such as a digital health platform, documentation systems, and a framework for continuous improvement. I also collaborate with other directors, managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of our goals, strategies, and standards with the mission and vision of The Fullbrook Center.
