While working with the federal government agencies and private sectors organizations within the United States and Puerto Rico to help improve disaster preparedness and focus on emergency management. I have exceptional leadership skills and always willing to take on the hard tasks. I have strong analytical skills and communication skills which I utilize to enhance the life's of others. My goal is to also HELP PEOPLE FIND WORK/PUT PEOPLE TO WORK. This plays a part with my background in case management and social work as well, since I was a social worker which allows me empathy and more understanding.
