I am a customer service specialist with over four years of experience in remote customer service and two plus years in remote call center supervision. I have a Google Project Management Specialization that demonstrates my ability to plan, execute, and communicate effectively on various projects and campaigns. My mission is to provide quality and efficient service to clients and customers in the dental field and beyond. Previously, I worked on the Assist Line at Aspen Dental, where I handled inbound and outbound calls, assist agents in scheduling appointments, speak with offices, and answer inquiries. I use my skills in customer service management, interpersonal skills, and skilled multi-tasking to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved. Previously, I worked as a remote call center supervisor at Activus Connect, where I supported projects in the financial services and loans and small business grants. I have had opportunity to apply my skills in sales, transportation planning, information gathering, and de-escalation. I am passionate about learning new skills and improving my performance in the remote customer service industry.
