I am Chatchawan Choojit (Ton) a seasoned expert in Quality and Food Safety (Q & FS) management with extensive experience in overseeing and developing comprehensive systems at a global scale. I have successfully led regulatory inspections and ensured compliance with international standards such as the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), Halal MUI, Halal CICOT, RSPO, Kosher, and Kellanova's Quality and Food Safety audits. My expertise lies in managing HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) systems and related prerequisite programs, as well as developing and enhancing both internal and external audit frameworks. As Thailand’s Food Safety representative, I collaborate closely with the AMEA FS COP team to uphold regional standards and ensure alignment with global practices. I am adept at addressing consumer complaints, developing corrective actions, and facilitating cross-functional teams to resolve major Q & FS challenges. Additionally, I provide comprehensive training programs to empower employees at all levels, fostering awareness and expertise in food safety and quality. My skills extend to supporting new product development (NPD) processes, ensuring all Q & FS, regulatory, and company standards are met.
