About Chato Stewart

Today: I am a cartoonist, illustrator and author. I’ve inspired hope and humor to hundreds of thousands over the years via my cartons. Published in various digital internet publishing and in print publishing. From magazines, peer newspapers, peer newsletters and a number of educational books. I have experience with website design and hosting. I am a Self-employed father of four and will be married 25 years this coming October 2016. I’m self-motivated and not afraid to speak my mind. I have years of training and experience as a public speaker. I have given many lectures on various topics for discussion. I am a fast learner and understand people. As a consumer, I have had experience with many facets of the mental health field from the caregiver to the one needing care. I can bring a lot to the table and I like to have fun doing it, too. Best known in the Mental Health community worldwide as Chato Stewart-the cartoonist for a cause. What has his cause been? To use humor as a positive coping skill when dealing with the serious effects of mental illness. Winner of many awards for his body of work. His cartoons are used by mental health organizations world-wide in both digital internet publishing and in print publishing.
