About Chaunta Smith

I have been a certified nursing assistant for 10 years now. my first job was at an assistant living facility I've always grew up wanting to work for the elderly because I've seen my mom doing it growing up. I've never really experience nothing bad until I worked in a nursing home for the first time. which seeing how so much people go through so much pain and having to be the caregiver for them but also leaving work knowing that I've been very supportive in making them fell comfortable to the very happy of my knowledge. also the team that worked with me an actually worked as a team.the worst is working short. this some that make me feel like I'm a very helpful person and a very carrying person an love the work that I do I also worked in the Demetia unit all the time witch was very challenging for me but I got use to how the patients act sundown timeing and keeping them active as possible so that they can sleep at night good. this kind of work keep me busy and I love to be active and move around and keep myself busy and I also know it's a very seeking challenging position as a quailfied cna. but I get it done and I give myself a pat on the back everytime.
