My journey began with doctoral research where I honed my skills in mammalian cell culture, viral vector development, GFP labeled HCV Lentiviral particle production ( HCVpp) and studies of viral trafficking via confocal microscopy, etc. During my post doc, I worked on murine viruses ( SeV, MHV etc.) and studies of interferon stimulating genes (ISGs) during viral infections, ex vivo cultures from patient derived tissue samples and expression analysis of prognostic liver cancer signature genes via NanoString technology.
