Oh hi there! Thanks for stopping by! I am a strong customer service professional with over six years of experience in the entertainment industry. From my beginnings working the door at the after parties for A-List film releases, to my current role managing the day-to-day client service needs in one of the leading North American post production facilities, I have endeavored to deliver unparalleled customer service throughout. My clients come to me for everything under the sun, whether they need to know where the best vegan breakfast place exists in the GTA, or where they can source the best quality PPE for the lowest price. Internet issues? The temperature in their rental rooms isn't quite right? They know that if I don't have the answers immediately, they can count on me to get them as fast as humanly possible. When I'm not sourcing personal and memorable gifts for my clients, or supervising the security database management of our Fort Knox-style facility, I am actively working on developing my skillset to be a wealth of knowledge for both my clients and staff.
