About Chayanika Dwivedi

From doing a project with World Bank to being a Faculty at Lady Keane College, work to me has always been a verb. My initial stint as Content Specialist and Project Manager, enabled me to project manage multi-disciplinary production cycle of digital content and the entire life cycle of pre-press of books. Anything challenging in terms of content and SEO gets me going. I moved to Digital Content Operations and come with extensive experience into service operations of eCommerce business (B2B and B2C). I handle multi-channel marketing, online marketing, direct end-to-end life cycle of projects using social media tools in eCommerce space and ensure deliverables on time and within quality parameters. My competencies in business processes, content strategy, compliance, operational objectives is complemented by my expertise in setting up teams from start-up to scale and developing standard operating procedures. I work with different verticals to identify customer needs and analyze gaps, support domain teams by liaising with business stakeholders around business execution activities. Passionate about people development, I work as a Coach, Mentor and Trainer and have conducted trainings on Digital Marketing, Content Management and Web Content 101.
