A senior psychology major on the pre-health track at URI who is passionate about mental health and fostering change in the community. My goal is to use my career to improve the mental health and wellbeing of children through healthcare. Together we can help end the stigma around mental health because it is just as important as our physical health. I have recently completed the Mental First Aid Certification. Through this experience I was able to develop skills in critical thinking and career development to effectively be able to work with individuals who may be struggling with their mental health.
