Background Physiotherapy & Healthcare Graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from University of Queensland. At 23, established multiple physiotherapy practices, learning business acquisition, multi-site management, team development, and revenue optimization along the way. Qantas Physiotherapist Served as physiotherapist for Qantas’s Brisbane Airport team. The role combined healthcare delivery with insights into how a major Australian corporation operates at scale. Property Development Developed medium-density residential projects (5-storey developments). Managed everything from land acquisition and real estate partnerships to technical consultants and project delivery in a competitive market. Investment & Funding Raised several million dollars to fund property developments, learning venture capital principles through hands-on experience. Current Focus Property Development Continuing to develop residential projects to help address Australia’s housing shortage. Creating quality homes where people actually want to live.
