About Chaz Thoolen

Graduated from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, specialisation in Sports and Leisure Management & HAN University of Applied Sciences, Teacher Education in Physical Education Who am I? I am a spontaneous and motivated 22-year-old graduate. How would I describe myself? Well, among other things, I am reliable, creative and willing to take part and dare to take initiative. I am someone who loves honesty, which I think leads to respect from both sides. I am customer-oriented, and I want to achieve the highest possible result of success. I try to radiate enthusiasm in this. Furthermore, I am someone who works proactively, which is a priority. In addition to these positive characteristics, there are also less positive characteristics that describe me. I am ambitious what also characterizes the demanding in me, something that does not always have to be a positive aspect. I execute assignments driven, which brings out the fanatical in me. What do I do? I currently work in the sales of a fashion brand, Lacoste. I have been doing this for a while with great pleasure, coming into contact with customers and helping them achieve success. The motto “customer is king” is certainly high on my list, even though I remain the “emperor”. Volunteering is an important aspect for me. I am Chairman of the foundation Kinder Vakantie Werk Vlodrop and board member in Foundation Youth and Adolescence work in the village I live in. My strengths? I developed the English language further during my English-language study. While I have further developed the German language during my work in various fields. I speak these languages almost fluently. My studies have also helped me to develop stress resistance and create a helicopter view. In addition, I have gained experience from operational tasks to management tasks. I like to learn new things and I am certainly not taught. I, therefore, end with the typical: Young & Ambitious.
