About Chebac Paul

As a PMO/Scrum Master at MI-GSO | PCUBED, I apply my quality management and scrum skills to support the Renault project, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of solutions. I have a Master's degree in Quality Management in Industrial Engineering from Universitatea „Dunărea de Jos” din Galați, where I learned how to design, implement, and improve quality systems and processes in various industrial settings. I have more than three years of experience in the naval engineering field, where I worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Classification Society Relationship Officer at DMT MARINE EQUIPMENT, and as a Ship Group Coordinator at CNFR NAVROM SA. In these roles, I performed quality audits, inspections, and tests, managed the relationships with classification societies and authorities, and coordinated the planning and execution of shipbuilding and repair projects. Some of the skills that I have developed and used in my career include quality management, presentations, quality assurance, scrum, agile, project management, and stakeholder management. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and the end-users, and I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams that share the same vision and values.
