I am a resident in counseling and a current Ph.D. student. My current position allows me to work with individuals and groups struggling with mental health and substance use challenges using REBT, Existential, Feminine, and Person-Centered theories. I am a fan of humanity and diversity. Every person has unlocked potential and undiscovered strengths, promoting a more balanced and healthy future. Creating an atmosphere where change can occur is where I thrive. I am trained in using creative expressive arts in therapy and do so with most of my clients.
