I am Ramkumar. Presently, I am Working as a senior operator - PMMA in SAMAC (SABIC). The joint venture of SABIC (Saudi methacrylates company) and Mitsubishi rayon company (MRC), Japan. Our organization responsibility is Polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) to Poly methyl metharyclate (PMMA) by the, technology is Lucite’s Alpha Technology with the capacity of MMA and PMMA. Before this company, I was worked in Reliance industries limited, Gujarat. I am having the experience in Refinery downstream of polymerization of Polypropylene Polymerization of Propylene monomers to polypropylene by Fluidized Bed Reactor with Centrifugal Compressor and Extruder by the, Process Technology is DOW UNIPOL Gas Phase Addition Polymerization with Ziegler Natta Catalyst Reaction,The detail Engineering Constructed by M/S.Kvaerner john brown. Automation system is DCS FOXBORO Before that, I worked with DOW CHEMICAL COMPANY (ROHM AND HASS INDIA PVT.LTD)(5 years & 7 months). Here, we are Polymerization of monomers (like, butylacralate, methylmetha acrylate and styrene monomers) to Latex polymer, Pure acrylic polymer, Styrene acrylic polymer & Adhesive (Polymerization & Adhesive) by DCS (Delta V) operation system. And have the experience in monomer tanker unloading and finished product loading. Before this experience, I worked with Orchid Chemicals limited (6 years & 7 months) in solvent recovery and non-Sterile plant. Experiencee exposure to operating solvent recovery distillation column (Distillation like, Atmospheric distillation, vacuum distillation and continuous distillation).Reactors, sulphur removal by treatment process, Continuous Liquid – Liquid Extraction Columns. Totally, I have 14+ years of chemical experience in various chemical manufacturing company.
