About Chelsi Cox

As a Masters of Arts in English, I am someone who is not just intelligent in the writing and editing sphere, but I also am extremely well versed in various types of research. As an adjunct English Instructor, I loved reading and research for lesson plans and putting together presentations. I've also used research skills to write scholarly articles and further my knowledge on multiple subjects. In my current role as a Senior Production Coordinator, I use this skill to aid in my ability to assist various departments as well as manage our New Product Development program. I also use my editing skills to double check designs and make sure there are no errors while going through. Lastly, as someone who has five years of experience in the fine dining industry, I've learned to give excellent customer service to guests and provide an experience to represent the company. All of these various positions have created an applicant who is multi-faceted in skills as well as someone who is willing to learn and grow in new areas of expertise.
