I am a dedicated and compassionate Master of Social Work (MSW) graduate with over a decade of experience in administrative leadership, client support, and program development across behavioral health and substance use recovery settings. My career began with hands-on support roles and evolved into a hybrid of clinical training, case management, and operations oversight—equipping me with a strong foundation in both systems-level thinking and individual-centered care. Skilled in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside diverse populations, particularly those impacted by substance use disorders and justice involvement. My recent clinical training with Florida’s 13th Judicial Circuit focused on petitioners in Marchman Act civil court proceedings, where I provided one-on-one therapeutic support and collaborated with judges, specialists, and community providers to improve outcomes. My approach is rooted in cultural humility, ethical practice, and a fierce belief in people’s capacity for change. I’m currently seeking licensure, with long-term goals of opening a private practice focused on addiction recovery and community healing.
